Theo Walcott’s progress is coming along nicely. I’d give it only one more season before he’s fully accepted into the Gary Neville School of beard growing inability. However, given Theo’s age, he has a long way to go before he can truly claim to be rubbish at growing a beard, an art Neville has been perfecting well into his 30s. His attempt at a sort of Pirate theme shouldn’t go uncommended though. It’s a sterling effort. Good work young fella me lad, Arrrgh.

I was having trouble with my computer. So I called John, the 11 year
old next door whose bedroom looks like Mission Control, and asked him to
come over..

John clicked a couple of buttons and solved the problem.

As he was walking away, I called after him, 'So, what was wrong?

He replied, 'It was an ID ten T error.'

I didn't want to appear to stupid, but nonetheless inquired, 'An, ID
ten T error? What's that? In case I need to fix it again.'

John grinned. 'Haven't you ever heard of an ID ten T error before?''

No,' I replied.

'Write it down,' he said, 'and I think you'll figure it out.'

So I wrote down: I D 1 0 T

I used to like that little shit.

I recently picked a new primary care doctor. After two visits and exhaustive lab tests, he said I was doing 'fairly well' for my age. (I just turned 65.) A little concerned about that comment, I couldn't resist asking him, 'Do you think I'll live to be 80?'

He asked, 'Do you smoke tobacco, or drink beer or wine?'
'Oh no,' I replied.. 'I'm not doing drugs, either!'

Then he asked, 'Do you eat rib-eye steaks and barbecued ribs?
'I said, 'Not much... My former doctor said that all red meat is very
unhealthy!'

'Do you spend a lot of time in the sun, like playing golf, sailing, hiking,
or bicycling?' 'No, I don't,' I said.
He asked, 'Do you gamble, drive fast cars, or have a lot of sex?'
'No,' I said.

He looked at me and said,... 'Then, why do you even give a shit?'

Britain: WTF Iceland?!? Why did you send us volcanic ash ? Our airspace has shut down.

Iceland: What ? It's what you asked for isn't it ?

Britain: NO! Cash! Cash you dyslexic fuck. CASH!

Iceland: woooops.. There is no C in the Icelandic alphabet, so when you ask for Cash, all you get is Ash...

After the amazing news that Cristiano Ronaldo now has sole custody of a baby boy allegedly fathered with an American woman and will raise his son alone , the web has responded with these jokes. Seen any more? Send them to mirrorfootballstaff@mirror.co.uk

* Ronaldo's hiring someone to look after the baby when he's not there. He's used to working with a Nani.

* Cristiano can't wait for baby to take his first faltering step-overs.

* Imagine how proud dad's going to be when the kid throws his toys out of the pram for the first time.

* I guess this proves that Cristiano is not a total w*nker after all...

* The crying, the temper tantrums... the baby's never going to get any rest with all that racket coming from dad's room.

* The boy takes after his father - dribbles constantly.

* Can't wait for the kid's first day at school, on which he'll grass up Kai Rooney for stamping on Ricardo Carvalho Jnr.

* This is going to be great for Cristiano. Taking sole custody of a baby you've had with an unnamed American woman worked out so well for Michael Jackson.

* Apparently the baby's made Ronaldo so tired he's barely been able to get a wink.

* Now there will be more than one dummy in the Cristiano Ronaldo house.

* Let's hope for the mother's sake the baby isn't as big-headed as his dad...

* No need to buy any baby oil. Dad's got loads.

Yeah, it's children's books or children's literature. The possessive is not exclusively used to indicate a relation of ownership, but can be used to indicate an association.
