Ah, he has been called a lot of things: Demento, The Devil Incarnate, Fergusmoan, Genius, the gaffer, Wanker and so on and so forth but most people know him as Sir Alex Ferguson or James Alexander Ferguson if you prefer.

I think the second one is Carlo Ancelotti.
The last one looks a lot like Fabrizio Ravanelli. I'm guessing, he's the odd one out, since I haven't heard of him as a manager. He was a brilliant player though.

I don't know if the other three had playing carreers, but I imagine the answer relates to that.

Heh, I first thought It was him when I looked at the picture. Then I checked wiki and it didn't look anything like him. Now two days later I just knew it HAD to be him, and I check again and find this little picture of him. Maybe you should use a less obscure photo next time smiley
