Bush has never been seen as the most articulate of persons, as one guy in this clip says: "He often arm wrestles with the English language and loses."
What is so odd about this is that this clip comes from Joe Scarborough, a conservative talk show host. Alot of the clips are golden oldies, but still fun

I think "curiosity" is the word you're looking for Joe... 
Yeah, it's interesting that he would host a show asking "Is Bush an idiot?", and it's even more interesting that the show wasn't satirical. It was a serious question!
