Yeah wonder if some of the mannerisms in the original Men in Black came from seeing that talk, it seems to be from 1985, no clue when it got declassified, but can't have been that many years. Wonder what was visible when they do the scope zoom on him, happens a few times, and then it goes back to full screen.
