I completely disagree with the conclusion of this article, but it's an interesting read nonetheless.

for all the reasons mentioned in this article, and things generally take longer time than we think. I have no idea of a timeframe. I'm not very into this subject so I might be wrong.

works with no issues in normal version of Firefox. I'm guessing you either did not do CTRL+F5 or are using some adblock plugin.
