This really shows just how lucky you have to be regardless of skill. Very nice. |

Yeah, was watching some of it live, once he got the chips on a lucky break he kept building his stack until the next flip, it didn't decrease, as is often the case.
Also his life-time WSOP stats now are completely bonkers. He has won 4 Players Championships (including this year) - it is the new name for the old HORSE event, and he is a 4 time champion of that. 1 main event, and has another main event final table to his name. It is all spread out over 20 years, his first WSOP was in 2005 (when we also where in Vegas), where he won some of the smaller events. |

He seems to be respected by the community too. Those are some legit stats. Old DNegs had a somewhat better year than last year, but still didn't get lucky enough. Watching his vlog has become a habbit of mine (skipping through his vlog, more like) |

The Grinder is top 5 tourney player of the last 20 years, up there with DNegs, Justin Bonomo (ZeeJustin), Bryn Kenney, Scott Seiver.
Probably ahead of them now, as nobody has won as many WSOP Poker Player Championships (4!!), and now he has won the main as well as having a main final table to his name. He is approaching Doyle, Stu and Johnny Moss territory tbh. He has 8 bracelets, almost all in big notable tourney formats, and his brother Robert has another 5 bracelets (in smaller oddball tourney formats). |

The Poker Hall of Fame also had to break with tradition as just straight up inducted him after winning, first person ever to win the Poker Player Championship and Main Event, and he did it in the same year. |
