| Girl stoned to death in Iraq |  With all the talk about pulling out of Iraq and progress reports, benchmarks and so on and so forth, this article struck a chord with me.
In the midst of the giant clusterfuck that is Iraq, people are being stoned to death for falling in love. It sickens me to live in a world where such abuse is tolerated.

| Pokerface 2007 |  A friend of mine Finnbjørn Vang freerolled himself to this tournament, and is in Las Vegas as we speak battling it out to win the Pokerface 2007 tournament, currently down to 9 players, and he still has a healthy chip stack, actually not far from the chip lead.

| Scientology and me | BBC will air a documentary about Scientology later today that seems to be surrounded by some controversy. The reporter who is responsible for making this documentary claims to have been put under heavy surveillance and subjected to various kinds of pressure - presumably to impede or stop his investigation.
"The battleground is YouTube and Scientology's weapon is a clip of me losing it in the "Mind Control" section of a gruesome exhibition."
